In November 2022, more than 180 nonprofit and civil rights organizations from around the world signed a letter calling on Twitter and Elon Musk to adopt the IHRA Working Definition as a tool to combat antisemitism on the social media platform.

In order to fight antisemitism properly, it must be defined. The Adopt IHRA Coalition promotes the globally-recognized IHRA working definition of antisemitism as a tool for governments, companies, and institutions to combat antisemitism.
